Job description
Startek is growing and serving new clients! We are currently hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support an industry-leading cable company in our Mansfield, OH call center.

Pay is $9-$10.50/hr.

Education requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to show steady employment with excellent attendance at your previous employers, preferably in the customer service industry.
• Must remain calm under pressure, work independently, be organized and flexible, and communicate with positive tone, diction and polish.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.
• Answer phone calls from customers.
• Use computer tools to troubleshoot customer questions and feedback.
• Ability to problem solve, listen with intent and answer questions professionally.
• Must have knowledge retention to use tools to perform the job and be on the phone eight hours a day.
